Muzzleloader Elk and/or Deer

We have a remote tent camp at approximately 9,000 feet that we go to in four wheel drives. The country is like that of the regular elk hunt. We use horses and walk on this hunt. The weather is usually ideal at this time of year. Temperature is approximately 30 at night and 60, daytime. This hunt is in the bugling time and very exciting. You are required to use a 50 caliber or larger for elk and a 40 caliber or larger for deer, no scopes allowed. We normally do a lot of calling and stalking on this hunt. It is very successful and exciting.
